A teaser is on it's way! ..We've been filming since the days before the beginning of the Canada goose slaughters and continue to do so.  We're still rolling, investigating, observing and determined to make sense of it all. Meantime here is a very basic visual tool to give a quick look at what this is all about.

 

The Director, Tyler A. Chase, was contacted by and received photographs from Jim Pfeil, who witnessed resident Canada geese being captured for slaughter. They were goose famililies that he was used to seeing on his lake property, year in and year out, where his family lived for generations. He was traumatized by watching the geese being loaded into crates to be gassed. We made this short slide show. A couple of years later later. When it was evident that it would not stop, he moved away.
